PRESIDENTS' DAY HORSE CAMP

On February 15th, we are hosting a Presidents' Day Horse Camp from 8:30am to 3:30pm!

The theme of the camp will be 'Horses in US History.' Through fun, interactive activities, we will teach about horses' roles from colonial days through present times.  The day will culminate in a historical horse parade, complete with the Pony Express, Revolutionary War soldiers, winners from the Kentucky Derby, President Lincoln on his horse, Native American riders, horses in Hollywood, and much more.  

In addition to the special Presidents' Day activities, campers will have a grooming contest and ride in the ring, upper paddocks, and on the farm trails.  We will also have group games, a hike to the river, and a sing-a-long.  This will be a fabulous camp day for horse lovers, from beginner to advanced riders.

The cost is $65 for current Flowered Rock Riding Club Members, and $75 for non-members.  You will find a registration form on our forms page.
